This is undertaken by the club patron, local leader and Extension provider. They conduct supervision activities as follows:
HOME VISITS
The supervision team should visit the projects to monitor the progress and offer practical suggestions.
ROUTINE AND SPECIAL MEETINGS
The supervision team will give tips, timely hints and additional information regarding the projects.
PROJECT INSTRUCTION MEETINGS
During this meeting, the team will give subject matter instructions and discuss progress of project with members. For example during planting, stocking, spraying, feeding regimes and vaccination routines.
PROJECT RECORD BOOK
The member should keep the record book up-to-date to indicate the progress of the project. The supervisor and the member should regularly go through it to encourage proper record keeping
